Your journey – our collaboration
Let us find out how I can support you.
Every story is unique. Yours carries the experiences, challenges, and aspirations that have brought you here. I open the space where we explore that story together – where you feel seen, understood, and supported in moving toward in the life and work you want to create.
My role as your coach and mentor is to listen deeply, ask questions that open new perspectives, and hold up a mirror that helps you recognize the patterns shaping your choices. This process is not about quick fixes but about discovering solutions that resonate with your authentic self and activating the inner resources you already carry.
Depending on what you bring, our collaboration can take many forms – clarifying direction, navigating change, growing your leadership, or uncovering the mindset shifts that unlock new energy. The services you’ll find below are examples of how we might work together. Think of them as possible entry points – the real journey will always be shaped by your individuality and what matters most to you.
Coaching begins with a conversation. Let’s explore what is on your mind and see how I can support your next step.

“The interesting thing about coaching is that you have to trouble the comfortable and comfort the troubled.”
– Ric Charlesworth –

1:1 Coaching
From feeling stuck in patterns that drain you → to acting with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Sometimes you need a clear strategy for your next step. Sometimes you already know what you want but get caught in the complexity of change. And sometimes, the real work is deeper – uncovering what holds you back even when you know the way forward.
In 1:1 coaching, we’ll explore the level that matters most for you right now:
- Clarify your direction: uncover what truly motivates you, connect with your deeper “why,” and define what’s worth pursuing.
- Navigate change with serenity: map the systems and dynamics around you, understand your role in them, and find the adjustments that ease your progress.
- Do the deeper work: look at the hidden patterns behind procrastination or self-sabotage, shift perspectives, and release what no longer serves you.
You don’t just get a plan. You get the awareness, resilience, and inner clarity to follow through – with calm focus and renewed confidence.
Let’s explore where your next shift needs to happen.

Business Mentoring
From struggling with business dynamics → to navigating complexity with clarity, confidence, and ease.
With 30 years of experience in and around ambitious global organizations, I’ve seen the beauty and the burden of today’s business world. Fast-moving, connected, and inspiring – but also ambiguous, demanding, and constantly changing. Whether you’re inside a large organization or building something of your own, it helps to truly understand how businesses “tick” and what that means for your growth.
In Business Mentoring, you’ll:
- Decode your environment: understand your company’s business model, its dynamics, and your place within it.
- Stay authentic: carve out space for your true self, even in complex or political contexts.
- Handle challenges with perspective: from restructuring and conflict to overwhelm, ambiguity, or toxic culture.
- Tap into experience: access tested solutions, frameworks, and insights – the shortcuts that help you shortcut what might otherwise take years.
As John Crosby said: “Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.”
Be invited to pick my brain.

Positive Intelligence
From self-sabotaging thoughts and stress → to wisdom, serenity, and calm leadership.
Many of our mindset patterns were formed early in life to help us make sense of the world. While they once protected us, they often become inner saboteurs that hold us back later. Positive Intelligence, developed by Shirzad Chamine, offers a practical way to shift from these patterns into a more constructive, resourceful state – in any circumstance.
Through the 6-week, app-guided PQ program, you will:
- Spot your saboteurs: understand the mindset patterns that undermine your performance and well-being.
- Break free from self-sabotage: practice simple, powerful techniques you can use anywhere, anytime.
- Activate your sage: access your inner wisdom for calm, confident, outcome-oriented action.
The program runs individually or in small groups and combines weekly video sessions, daily app-based practice, and reflection in pod meetings.
Go on a surprising and impactful journey to welcome your sage.

Online Courses
From scattered efforts and overwhelm → to structure, flow, and working smarter with ease.
Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort but better frameworks – clear models that help you see your challenges differently, choose useful mindsets, and act with focus. That’s the idea behind my curriculum of self-paced courses, designed to support both the psychological and business side of personal and professional growth.
In these courses, you will:
- Learn powerful frameworks that bring structure and clarity to complex challenges.
- Discover practical tools to shift perspectives and choose mindsets that unlock progress.
- Blend learning with practice through a mix of self-paced study and live group elements like coaching and reflection.
This curriculum is still in development – a growing library of tools to help you work smarter, not harder.
Stay tuned and be the first to explore when the courses go live.
What Coaching is about

Who I Work With
I work with people who want to bring more of their true selves into their work.
You’re an ambitious professional who wants to grow, make an impact, and do work that feels meaningful. Whether you’re just starting out or already an experienced expert, you’re driven by curiosity and the desire to keep developing your skills.
If you’re a leader – emerging or evolving – you’re eager to unlock your potential, guide others, and meet the challenges of leadership with both courage and care. You find energy in inspiring others and in building something bigger than yourself.
And if you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, your ideas light you up. Whether you’re creating something on your own as a passion project or pursuing a larger vision, you want your business to reflect who you are and what you stand for.
Where I work

Coaching often begins at the intersection of who you are and the work you do. That’s the natural starting point for our collaboration.
From there, the journey often expands – into your wider professional and personal life, and into the systems you’re part of. Wherever the impulse leads, you’re invited to explore it.
Find below some common challenges where coaching can help.
The modern workplace offers exciting opportunities – but also constant pressure to choose, adapt, and keep up. In the middle of it all, you want to grow into your best self and make a meaningful impact. Yet the path is rarely straightforward.
You might find yourself:
- Searching for direction: You feel restless, torn between personal aspirations and organizational demands, or unsure who you’re becoming.
- Facing growing pains: You’re navigating big career decisions, adapting to a new role, or wrestling with the uncertainty of starting something on your own.
- Carrying the weight: You’re overwhelmed by workload, busyness, conflicting values, or the stress of being caught in the middle.
- Held back by others: You feel constrained by politics, constant change, or decisions outside your control.
- Getting in your own way: You notice patterns of procrastination, self-doubt, or self-sabotage that drain your energy.
Whatever challenge resonates with you, my services are designed to help you navigate it – with clarity, confidence, and a mindset that puts you back in the driver’s seat.
Lasting
Change
How do you know when real change has taken root? It’s the sense that you’ve emerged stronger, clearer, and more aligned with yourself – a state you might recognize from previous life shifts, even if you never named it before. While each person’s definition of “inner peace” is unique, there are common hallmarks of lasting transformation.
You achieve:
- Autonomy and integrity: Connect deeply with your purpose, act with freedom and alignment, and maintain inner integrity in every area of your life.
- Serenity: Experience calm and resilience, reduce stress, tolerate ambiguity, and welcome change as a catalyst for growth.
- Ease and flow: Enjoy your work, achieve results efficiently, and nurture curiosity and continuous learning as part of everyday life.
These outcomes are not fleeting – they equip you to navigate challenges with confidence, clarity, and a sense of inner freedom.
How I work
My work is development coaching – guiding and supporting you through phases of personal transformation. I create the space for ideas to unfold, provide a sounding board for strategies, and bring playfulness into planning.
Together, we’ll untangle complexity, explore your systemic context, and define meaningful goals aligned with the bigger picture of your work and life. I’ll support you in designing solutions by simulating possible futures and shaping your unique path forward.
You’ll benefit from my 30 years in business and 20+ years in management, where I’ve learned to combine analytical skills and intuition: structuring complex issues, simplifying through metaphors and visualizations, and connecting human psychology with business reality. I also draw on my experience in leadership in a demanding industry and my practical knowledge of both psychological models and business frameworks.
My approach recognizes the multidimensionality of being human and the importance of context – your individuality in relationship with others. I invite you to see what’s possible, to embrace ambiguity, and to explore unconventional ideas – while grounding them in practical action.
Is this your story?
You have a goal. Something that matters deeply to you – a promotion, a life change, an idea you want to bring to life. You know action is required, and you’re determined. You’ve prepared: set the goal, made the plan, broken it into steps, built the spreadsheet to track progress. You’re ready. Motivated. This time it’s going to happen.
And then, it doesn’t.
You know exactly what to do but still don’t do it. Instead, you stay busy with other tasks. Important ones, sure – but not that one.
You procrastinate.
Or you try, but the world seems against you: obstacles, politics, lack of support, bad timing. You blame yourself for lacking discipline. You question your abilities. You binge-watch to escape, shop for more “supplies,” sign up for another course. You wonder if the goal even makes sense. Or maybe you just need a better plan?
And so, the cycle begins again.
Isn’t it fascinating — this gap between “knowing” and “doing”? Why is it so hard when it seems so easy? Why, when you want it so badly and are so well prepared, can’t you just make it happen?
Welcome to the messy middle of personal transformation.
Planning will only take you so far. Cognition has its limits when you’re trying to move into uncharted territory. Courage and action are the carriage that carries you forward – but they need guidance on where to go. Maybe your mindset must shift first, so that courage and action can follow. Maybe it’s less about what to do and more about who to become.
That’s where I come in. I’m fascinated by the inner and outer dynamics of growth — and the “growing pains” that inevitably come with it.
I guide you through the messy middle, so you can do what only you can do. As Robert Frost wrote: “The only way out is the way through.”
Together, we’ll explore your systemic context and how you perceive it, uncover patterns that help or hinder you, and reconnect with capabilities you may have forgotten. You’ll face challenges, sidestep hurdles, and learn what’s needed for your next step toward your authentic self.
Yes, it’s easier to stay where you are. There is comfort in that. But comfort has a cost: you risk missing the color, energy, and joy of becoming your true self. You may remain stuck, with the nagging sense of something missing.
But imagine the prize if you follow through: the pride of achievement, the joy of a new chapter, the calm in your relationships, the serenity in your everyday life. Imagine the doors that open, the freedom you feel.
The key is mindset.
Do you still want to get to the other side — and are you ready to face the challenges along the way?
Let’s talk.
