As a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, I’ve created tailored solutions for demanding B2B clients and progressed into leadership roles – including heading a global organization focused on optimizing corporate cash management.
In my consultancy career, I led business transformation initiatives for financial institutions, crafting strategies and driving change across technology, operations, and organizational structures. These experiences gave me deep insights into diverse leadership styles and how they shape both individual and organizational performance.
As a coach and mentor, I’ve supported people from a wide range of industries to reach personal and professional milestones – whether advancing their careers, launching businesses, or navigating difficult transitions. Witnessing their courage and commitment to growth has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.
