Welcome, welcome!
Nice to see you on my blog.
I am Regine, a multi-passionate creative by nature, a consultant, coach and educator by profession.
Ideas have always driven me. Sometimes forward, exploring with awe and fascinated by the inventiveness of bright minds. Sometimes inwards, in search of truth and meaning. Sometimes elsewhere, to other places, down alternative paths. And oftentimes nuts, if they linger, lazily, in my subconscious mind, until I drag them into the light of day.
This blog is my creative outlet, where I share my thoughts and ideas.
They converge from three main areas of interest that have accompanied me for a long time.

Business. I’ve been working in the Financial Industry in management and consulting roles for nearly 30 years now, supporting global corporate clients in their business transformation projects. This time has taught me invaluable lessons about how organizations work.
People. In my work as a leader, coach, educator, facilitator and career counselor, I have worked with business professionals, leaders, teams and entrepreneurs in the middle of personal growth, supporting them through phases of steep learning and meaningful development. My special focus as a coach is the interface between humans and the enterprise.
Visualization. All the above could only happen because I epically failed when applying for design school at age 19. I studied Math and Business instead – discovering how much I like structure and the patterns of activity that happen in complex organizations. My mind loves frameworks and I’m naturally drawn towards visual representation of business relationships and “subject matter”.
This blog circles around the intersection of those interests.
I explore the role of mindset and conscious mindset choices in personal development and collaboration, and I use visual formats to illustrate human systems, mindset states and the essence of mental constructions.
Happy to have you as my guest on this journey.
