As a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the banking industry, I have created tailored solutions for demanding B2B clients. I have progressed into leadership roles, heading a global organization dedicated to optimizing corporate cash management.

In my consultancy career, I have led business transformation initiatives for Financial Institutions, crafting strategic solutions and implementing change across technology, operations, and organization. Through this experience, I’ve gained insights into diverse leadership styles and their impact on individual and organizational performance.

As a coach and mentor, I have supported individuals across various roles and industries to achieve personal and professional milestones, whether advancing their careers, launching businesses, or navigating challenges.
